Everyone is invited to attend a community convening on Economic Opportunities in the Alleghany Highlands.  The meeting will be held at Mountain Gateway Community College’s Moomaw Center on June 16th, 2025, from 1 – 4p.m.  The meeting is hosted by the Alleghany Foundation and Mountain Gateway Community College, in partnership with the Alleghany Highlands Economic Opportunities Advisory Group.

The purpose of this session is to share information about current community conditions, discuss economic opportunities, and identify shared priorities or promising projects for future economic and community vitality.
