๐๐ก๐๐๐ค-๐๐ง: Opens at 7:30am (Breakfast & coffee is available at this time as well)
๐๐๐ซ๐ฆ-๐ฎ๐ฉ๐ฌ: Begin at 7:45am (Participants may do warm-up swims in the lake if they choose to)
