MINDFUL YOGA FLOW
Rooted in the breath, the sequence of standing, seated, and reclining poses builds strength, increases flexibility, improves balance and bone/joint integrity, and quiets the mind. This practice is accessible to all levels of fitness; however, knowledge of basic yoga terms and poses is needed. Mondays &/or Thursday, 6 weeks, with Joan Vannorsdall.
