Mindful Yoga Flow

This is a mat yoga flow practice designed for those with some yoga experience and who are in reasonably good physical condition. The practice will address both the asanas (postures) and philosophy of yoga. Rooted in the breath, the sequence of standing, seated, and reclining poses, will build strength, increase flexibility, improve balance, and quiet the mind. Each class will begin with a brief meditation and end in a period of savasana, or deep relaxation.

$75 for 12 classes (2 classes per week, 6 weeks) from 6pm – 7:15 pm
$40 for 6 classes (1 class per week, 6 weeks) from 6pm – 7:15 pm
