The Council for the Town of Clifton Forge will hold a called meeting on Tuesday, March 10, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of Clifton Forge Town Hall located at 547 Main Street, Clifton Forge, Virginia.  The purpose of the meeting is:

• To hold a closed session pursuant to subsection A.1 of Section 2.2-3711 of the Code of Virginia of 1950, as amended, for the purpose of discussion, consideration, or interviews of prospective candidates for appointment of specific public officers, appointees, or employees of any public body such evaluation will necessarily involve discussion of the performance of specific individuals, specifically relating to appointment of a director to the Board of the Town Economic Development Authority.
• To do any and all things necessary to accomplish the above.
