Due to the resignation of Councilman Benjamin Nicely, the Town of Clifton Forge is accepting letters of interest and resumes from individuals who wish to be considered for appointment to serve the remainder of the unfulfilled term, which expires December 31, 2026.

Qualifications

Any individual interested in serving must meet the following qualifications:

• Qualified voter of the Town of Clifton Forge
• Must be a legal resident of the Town of Clifton Forge
• Must be eligible to hold public office under the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia
