The Town of Clifton Forge is pleased to announce that its Comprehensive Housing Analysis is now available online.

This study provides a detailed assessment of local and regional housing conditions, including current and future housing needs, market trends, and recommendations to support revitalization, economic development, and housing opportunities for residents of all ages and incomes.

The Town extends its sincere thanks to S. Patz & Associates, Inc. for their expertise, research, and collaboration throughout this process. We are also grateful to Virginia Housing for providing the funding that made this important study possible.

The Comprehensive Housing Analysis will serve as a key resource to guide future housing policies, investment decisions, and partnerships aimed at strengthening Clifton Forge’s neighborhoods and quality of life.
