The Town of Clifton Forge is seeking applications from eligible commercial property owners and business tenants for participation in the Downtown Façade Improvement Grant Program.

This program is intended to support exterior improvements to commercial buildings within Downtown Clifton Forge that enhance the appearance, functionality, historic character, and economic vitality of the downtown district.

The program will provide reimbursement grants of up to $10,000 per project for eligible façade improvements. A 100% dollar-for-dollar private match is required. The Town anticipates funding approximately eight projects through this initiative.
