Pursuant to the provisions of Section 15.2-2204 of the Code of Virginia of 1950, as amended, the Planning Commission of the Town of Clifton Forge, Virginia, hereby gives notice of a public hearing to be held on Thursday, April 3, 2025, at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the agenda permits, in the Old Circuit Courtroom, 547 Main Street, Second Floor, Clifton Forge, Virginia 24422, to hear public comment on the following:
Proposed rezoning of Alleghany County Tax Parcels 124-1-4-7, 124-1-4-8, 124-1-4-9, 124-1-4-10, 124-1-4-11 and 124-4-12A, fronting on A Street and Church Street and being generally known as the Old Jefferson School, from CF (Public) use to BG General Business.
Further information on the proposed rezoning may be reviewed in the Town Department of Community Development, 547 Main Street, Clifton Forge, VA 24422, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except legal holidays.
