Virginia Children’s Theatre Educational Summer Camp programming exposes young people to the craft of theatre, fosters creativity and develops critical thinking skills that instill discipline,enhance self-esteem and promote team building. Children will receive theatre instruction for two-hours Monday–Thursday, Lunch and two-hours of rehearsal. The final day will include four-hours of rehearsal culminating in a final performance at 5pm on Friday June 23, of James and the Giant Peach alongside professional actor/instructors. Scholarships are available. Please note that there will be no full scholarships awarded. Early drop off (8:00 AM) and late pickup (5:30 PM) is available on the ticketing page and registration form.
